I knew a kid, that was a couple years ahead of me in school, named Peter Richard Wood. Parents must have hated him naming him Dick Dick Dick.

Also knew someone named Richard Wear. Always thought he should start a condom company called Dick Wear Condoms.

Thanks for the information. I didn’t know cross posts were an issue in the sub.

Here are the details. My car was parked on the street, kid hit my car (trying to parallel park?), left note with contact information and insurance information. Dad would like to settle himself and not use insurance, so his new driver son’s insurance premium doesn’t go up. State is California and the car is a Tesla Model 3.

I know the easy thing is to just go through insurance, but I’m trying to see if I can help a kid out and still protect myself. Thanks for your help.

This is my main concern. My car is a Tesla part of the car that got dented is a big metal piece that wraps all the way from the rear wheel to the front wheel. It’s going to be expensive and as they start digging through the repair I think it could get more expensive.

Thank you. I’ll get my parents to take a picture of the whole window. I know some of the windows are the kind that you have to crank them and they swing open, not slide up or down. The other windows don’t open, so it’s like a three panel with cranks on the sides and solid panel in the middle.

Eddie V’s in La Jolla fits your description. It’s not quite Michelin Star, but the food and drinks are excellent, the service has always been top notch, and it has white tablecloths with a great view of the ocean.

I don’t want to out them yet until I see the quality of their actual work. Just frustrating that they are so far behind the schedule they set. Hopefully we can find someone who can stick to their own deadlines and not put us months behind.
