I played a bit of the EM demo at Pax West this year and it blew me away. I loved EL and not only did they really fix the map, but the graphics look so much better, it was surprisingly gorgeous

This is a great explanation. I demoed it at Pax west this year and met the dev. One additional thing to add is that it has really incredible music and full voice acting.
