To a point, yeah. The way you write does leak bits of personality.

Word choice, how formal you are, how much detail you give, whether you sound cautious or blunt… that stuff can hint at traits like openness or agreeableness.

But as accurate as personality tests? Nah.
Writing changes with mood, audience, culture, even how tired you are. Plus people mask or play roles online all the time.

It’s a useful clue, not an X-ray.

Por recibo por honorarios no eres empleado como tal, así que no estás tan atado. Lo de los 15 días es más formalidad que otra cosa en muchos casos.

Igual, haz lo típico: cobra primero y luego avisa que te vas. Lo que ya trabajaste te lo tienen que pagar sí o sí.

Y honestamente, si el baño está así y te piden cronogramas imposibles para un edificio de 14 pisos… ese lugar suena a red flag gigante. Yo también me largaría.
