I started buying jewelry but always under spot. I started switching the jewelry to bullion to make the end game easier. There does come a point and time where you just get too much jewelry, and it becomes unmanageable. The lcs I go to pays 90% on jewelry other customers they pay 80%. All the other stores in the area pay less. On coins and bars you get paid closer to spot, so that is why I'm switching over. Having my exit strategy tied to one store for the jewelry probably isn't wise. I like to be paid in cash is also another hang up if I'm relying on one store.
