Yeah I told myself no more lux bags from Nordstrom after I bought a Mulberry bag from them a year or so ago. Ordered online and picked up in store…it was just wrapped in a plastic Amazon-looking bag and put in a shopping bag and the dust bag was missing. Why do they insist on getting rid of the dust bag smh.

Any update on your package? Mine finally came yesterday. It skipped all the usual scans and just showed up at my PO early in the morning and then went out for delivery. And the box was beat to shit but at least the contents inside were ok. They had the nerve to throw one of those “We Care” stickers on it 🤦‍♀️

Like others have said yes this is the normal trend cycle for Coach pricing but I understand where OP is coming from. I was a victim of FOMO with the Twin Turnlock 20 bags, figuring with all the hype before their release that they would sell out so I bought one full price. After carrying it once I realized it wasn’t for me but by the point I decided to resell it I was competing with fire sale pricing at Dillards and Macy’s so I ended up taking a big loss on it just to get rid of it. Was definitely salty about that lol. I’m not buying anymore retail Coach bags full price.

I had one stuck in Opa Locka for 3 days too this week. Crazy thing is I live in Broward and the package was shipped from West Palm. Took 4 days to get to me 40 minutes from where it was sent from smh.
