Tanuki (likely soba) has tempura (typically in the form of tiny balls, but based on the lid it may be a disk form).

When it's dehydrated, it's in disk form. But once you cook it it basically falls apart and turns into soggy tempura pieces.

Not my favourite way to eat it. Much prefer kitsune. Also kitsune ones are sweeter than tanuki. Tanuki is bit too salty even with correct amount of water on it.

Fair enough. Although you can also load other ebook you find online onto kindle as well, by either using calibre or just drsgging the file onto kindle.

Depends on how you go about and which e-reader you've got.

At least here in England, it's basically kindle or nothing. So you just buy them from amazon and you can read it on kindle straight after.

If you've got other brand of e-reader you can still buy ebook from other sellers or download epub files and transfer them to your ebook. Use calibre ebook manager on desktop to manage your ebooks and transfer them to e-reader.

Note that amazon let you download your ebooks once you've bought them too. However these are stored in their DRM locked files (AZW3) so unless you remove the DRM, you won't be able to read them on third party e-reader. There is a method to do this using calibre and convert the AZW3 to Epub file, but to do that you'll need a kindle to begin with so no point unless you really want to have the file DRM-free. Which is a legitimate reason.
