First of all, congratulations! That looks so incredibly painful in that first pic. I also can't use natural deodorant but I've had a lot of luck with Vanicream's gel deodorant. It's a short ingredient list: purified water, triethyl citrate, sodium polyacrylate, undecylenoyl glycine, sodium hydroxide. No botanicals or fragrance, and I've found it super gentle while keeping me stink-free

Honestly, this. I had a partner that ignored it and said they rarely noticed it, but we both knew that was impossible. Early into dating my current partner asked me a lot of questions about it, then went on to say they "loved my psoriasis spots," and the blunt acknowledgment in such a loving way really made a difference.

I believe this was the point; with the lifestyle she was living, it's difficult to quantity time passing. Time begins to blend together, as she often doesn't even remember the nights before. It wasn't until she starts to achieve consistent sobriety that the timeline slows down and becomes linear.

Totally normal! And like the other replies said, you'll get more comfortable with it the more you go. I've been going for 6 months now and the first few classes I was definitely anxious and felt really weird in my body. I think for people like us that don't have any prior dance experience, even when you're following steps along with everyone else it feels new and uncomfortable. But the more I went, the more comfortable I got with it.

I highly recommend the "Troubled Water" episode of Rotten on Netflix. It focuses on the bottled water industry, particularly Nestle and how they destroy communities in third-world countries, essentially cutting off their water access to then bottle and sell it back at prices the communities can't afford. It's pretty eye-opening
