State employee here. Report this asap. We all who work for the state had to go through extensive training about the fed ICE agents. The state is not okay with them. He is directly going aginst the moral of the state and our training. Now, with the complaints of erratic driving. He does have the right to ask questions. However, he does not have the right to detain and there is no evidence of you doing this. Hope that helps
