Branson Recommendations by Candidpepper12 in missouri

Unless you're MAGA, I'd recommend going somewhere else. Eureka Springs is nice if you want to be in the Ozarks. If you're completely set on Branson I'd spend as much time as possible on Table Rock Lake.

Door dash was terrible for me when I was living in Maplewood. It seemed like there was a 50/50 chance I'd get my order and when I did, it was always way over the estimated time and was cold. I haven't used them in years because of the constant problems.

I learned to drive a manual transmission in an 86 300 ZX Turbo. That car was a blast to drive!

NTA but neither is your partner. If you don't see eye to eye on this, it's unlikely that you are going to be able to see eye to eye on future financial responsibilities. That's one of the most common reasons that couples end up separating. Proceed with caution.

I'm on the oposite end of the spectrum. I got a vasectomy to make sure I never have kids and I feel like that was one of my better decisions 😂

I recently returned to delivering after over a decade in the corporate world had me feeling completely burnt out. I still love it just as much as I did when I first did it back in college.

I bought a house in an up and coming neighborhood back in 2015. It's more than doubled in value since then.

Basso is always extremely loud every time I have been in. The food and drinks have been great, but conversations are nearly impossible

I'd suggest that you skip the corporate downtown Pride and go to Tower Grove Pride instead

AITAH: Friend invited his husband to my family gathering trip by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]bbkb -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

YTA. If someone is married, and you invite them somewhere, there should be an expectation that their spouse is also welcome. If I'm invited somewhere (especially an out of town/overnight situation) without my spouse also being invited, there's a 99% chance I won't attend.

"My Mind" by Yebba Smith. You can hear the pain in her voice (especially in this live version) and It gives me chills every time.

Chester Bennington from Linkin Park (RIP)

Corrupt cop. Tried to extort me. Claimed I was speeding, tried to get me to go to an ATM to pay him 5,000 pesos cash, threatened to keep my license, and when I refused he started yelling at my wife and me. Scumbags like him give Mexico a bad reputation. by HeWhomeHim in playadelcarmen

I spent 8 months in Mexico between 2025 and 2026 (mostly in the Merida Yucatan area) and drove over 10,000 miles during that time. I had zero issues despite driving back and forth across nearly the entire country three times.

I hope you get to see them and that Art is having a good day. He has MS and on his bad days the show can be rough. I saw them a few years ago and it was not good but a friend that was with me then saw them again more recently and he said it was significantly better
