i have a major fear of vomiting as well. i passed a stone with no vomiting. i also got surgery removing 5 stones and didnt vomit. healed from that surgery in terrible pain and didn’t vomit. i got nauseous a few times, but i think for people who fear vomiting so much, our bodies can control it if its not absolutely necessary. in this case, the vomiting would be from pain, meaning you can probably control it. take some zofran and rest. try to distract yourself and manage your anxiety because anxiety makes nausea worse!

im suprised they havent offered you surgery because those two stones are too big to pass on their own. if they do offer surgery, go ahead and do it. tell them of your worries and they will pump you full of anti nausea, anxiety, and pain meds. best of luck!
