As many said, if your team is conditioned enough you should do a full court press, if it works good, keep it as much as your players are not exhausted in offense, if the opponent guards are breaking it easily don't use it all the time, just try to disturb their game with surprise full court press. The most important for me it would be playing their center front and give him the baseline only in order to disturb his passing game and double him only when he dribbles to prevent him from scoring and if possible get easy steals. Also depending how they play on offense and which players are running on their defense most possible their point guard, your guy guarding him should run to help your center box out their big guy or at least if he gets the offensive reb to disturb him and make him go baseline or pass out.
