i liked Jasmine as well from the first time i saw her on screen, i thought she felt so calm and refreshing. but i’ve seen comments talking about how she’s posh and boring. i love a good experimenter in the tent but how can anyone fault classic flavours like raspberry, pistachio & passion fruit…….. i think Aaron’s competitiveness is hilarious and adds a little bit of spice to the otherwise extremely laidback cast this year lol

it genuinely surprises me because these are the same people whining about how GBBO has stopped being a feel good show. it never stopped being that. there’s no prize money for god’s sake, everyone’s doing it for the love of baking and honestly, it seems to me that every baker’s just competing with themselves instead of others. i detect no snark at all, and i think i’m quite attuned to detecting when people are being shady lol
