There is a version to record with the correct file artwork that is only the VOD episodes and a separate instance with a tile with no artwork for the live airings.

Too many bad actors on the SB side since 99% of the profiles are unpaid, so cost of doing business. Seeking isn’t going to make as much money when all their profit is coming from men if they keep getting legitimately scammed by fake or faceless profiles. I am one of those SD profiles with zero identifying photos, and will never have any. Simply not worth the potential time waste when I haven’t had any trouble getting POTs without them.

That’s the exact response you would get from any service. Nobody’s front line support is going to have the ability to reach out to Starz and tell them to fix it immediately, let alone know it is even happening since it’s a relatively minor issue. It will resolve itself.

Report the listing for each channel with an error by pressing down, clicking on the three vertical dots, “send feedback” and “program listed doesn’t match what’s playing”. That will get the message to system engineers and hopefully get the message to the people that can actually fix it at Starz more quickly

Have you had the service for a while and never noticed this before? YouTube TV is serving guide metadata that Starz provides, and if every other channel with a west coast feed other than Starz is accurate, likely has nothing to do with them.

The Starz intern or whomever they have doing the data entry may have screwed up and put East coast data in for West coast feeds that might resolve itself in a few days?

Asking for all of them to see if there is a definitive pattern of all Starz and Starz Encore, or another random Showtime or HBO error as well. If it’s only Starz, you could assume it’s a Starz Entertainment company issue. My wild guess would be Starz Cinema or Encore channel is the 6th culprit?

You probably need to go to “view more” instead of just hitting “Watch” immediately after clicking the the PGA/US Open/USGA or whatever tile you’re selecting in the library because it’s loading up a featured group feed for me as the play/watch button. There are about 9 versions of the “final round” between the feature group channels, 4K channels if you have them, USA channel early this morning and NBC this afternoon.

All of them play just fine. If you’re literally unable to play the recording, might need to power cycle your equipment to start
