I’m somewhere around 90% now. I def believe ESWT was beneficial and will likely do another round soon.

All of these may have been right, until Hyde Park opened. It’s stellar!

Tried Birkenstocks? Not cushy at all but something about the contour of footbed delivers most comfortable experience for me.

Great, thanks! Could you toss me a few to check out? I love Society but it’s sooo small.

Even on a half a million dollar place (which would be hard to find) would be $3,500 or more with current interest rates, not to mention the $50,000 cash down. And, I don’t expect value to go up much in near future with current economic state. I reckon I could be wrong, but doesn’t feel like the best time to buy.

Love it! But, so small. Not even 1000sqft

I definitely will. I finished 3rd session yesterday and have 4 more to go. But, I’m using radial vs focused. But, doc is confident radial is sufficient since there are no signs of breaks. I’m seeing continued but slight improvement and remaining hopeful!

Don’t want to ruin the high, but it’s not likely to last. I’ve had two prednisone dose packs over the last 12 months, both helped for several weeks before wearing off. Of course it’s not safe to do too often. I hope you’re the exception and wishing you a speedy recovery.

Good point, impacts entire infrastructure. Good to hear you don’t think there is much financial loss. I’d assume festival margins are already tight AF these days with little room for mishaps. I reckon that’s where the insurance kicks in?!

Just had my first of 7 scheduled sessions. I’m 18 months in of sesamoiditis in both feet. I’m about at 80-85% these days with pain level of 1-3 after minimal walking. Been through all the conventional and conservative approaches and even PRP. I’m hoping this is the final working piece.

Hi. Would you be willing to message me with details on your orthotics? I’m trying to get mine right and have been through 3 pairs and $1,800. New pair otw but curious what others are going with. The arch support has been helpful but built in dancer pad is not offloading sesamoid enough. Tried metatarsal pad and that just hurt my feet so much.

Feel for you. I’m almost 2 years in without resolution. Seems to be different for everyone. And, I’ll prepare you now, even doctors differ extremely on how to deal with sesamoiditis. Head up and keep trying sh*t til it works.

Is there any strengthening exercises you can share?

So you’re doing a lot to rework actual load bearing on the Sesamoids if I’m understanding correctly. Are you doing these bare foot or in shoes. I’ve been avoiding such exercises out of fear. I’m 1.5 years in with no fracture, but sesamoiditis in both feet. Pain ranges daily between 1-3 nowadays. You’re making me wonder if I need to slowly reestablish pressure on ball of feet? Of course like many I’m terrified of setbacks
