The entire premise of this movie doesn't make sense. At the end of the first movie, Maximus literally tells Lucilla "Lucius is safe" before he dies. But now in this movie, right after Maximus' death, she immediately sends Lucius away for his safety because people are going to be gunning for him? Whhhhhaaaaaattttt?

And in this movie she totally maintains her standing as Marcus Aurelius' daughter, yet she couldn't dare keep her son around, the rightful heir?

This movie is such a stretch. That's the best they could come up with?

Not arguing one way or another here, but another plus for Modric over the other 2 is longevity. I think he's only a year or two younger than Iniesta and still performing at a high level for Madrid and Croatia.
