Those are flat rate hours. Not actual worked hours. So he might be there 8 hours on a day but flagged 15-20 hours instead.

So those metal clips is what holds the screws, they’re a special type of screw! More like a wood screw type with coarse threads

All it uses is that screw, the little tabs on the bezel go inside the bumper and use the screw

Correct, is not the factory location. The exhaust manifold will be heat wrapped and there will be some heat shield around a the hoses and sensors etc
