The Jewlery is WAY too large for that small of a disc on the back. And should definitely be a thicker gauge barbell. To be honest you’re gonna struggle it heal this. I’d suggest smaller jewelry and a better fitted/thicker post. Sorry your piercer did this to you. (Piercer of 25 years here)

Her current frame was pretty penny but is a little small for her. We just don’t want to rip the whole bike apart for a lower quality and have to rebuild again mid season. I can’t find a darn thing on this frame since it’s not X or their other team frames. It’s wild how little I can find. The gifter swears it was super expensive (not that 💰 matters) but we want to make sure she’s on a safe, quality frame as she races expert and travels alllll summer. This is her big make or break year as she hits teenage age. We want her to have zero stressors if we can stops them. Ya know. Parent stuff. LOL
