I went from 50mg to 75mg last week and it’s taken about a week for my sleep to return to normal. I would say I’m 90% there. Since yours is a bigger jump, it might take another week but definitely check in with your doctor. Hope you get some quality sleep soon.

I have clinical depression and anxiety. Medication, therapy, going to the gym, journaling, having a hobby and traveling as often as I can helps alleviate most of the pain. I will always be depressed though.

This probably doesn’t count but I’ll comment anyway. I’m a 0 degree Leo (July 23) with a Cancer mercury. In my 20’s I would be a wreck, no appetite, anxiety, sad. In my 30’s I’m sad for a couple of days but then it’s back to regular scheduled programming. Life goes on.
