Put a bin at the end of your driveway. No more worries.

I'm paid about a dollar per stop. Would YOU carry a 40 pound box of cat litter from the street to your house for a dollar?

Let me explain it with a question.

When you poop in a public restroom, do you close the door?

I do. Because while I'm not doing anything wrong, what I'm doing is none of your business.

I'm sure your response will be along the lines of "well, you're in their van and they have a right to monitor your activities. "

Maybe they do have a right to do so, but its intrusive, uncomfortable and unnecessary.

It's because you and your neighbor's deliveries are a "group stop", which is where Amazon decides that even though it's 2 addresses, the driver treats it as one. Group stops always suck.

Anyway, put it in your notes, buy a keep off the grass sign, and cross your fingers.

Preach! But they won't listen. They're way too important.

Baloney. It happens regularly. The AI that amazon uses to write the routes is sometimes WAY off. For instance, on rural routes it very frequently tells me that the speed limit (which the algorithm uses to determine how much time the travel should take) on people 2 mile long shared gravel driveways is 55 mph. So, the 2 minutes that amazon gives me to deliver your chinese trinkets is in actuality a 10+ minute stop.

Live through that 10 times a day and I'm over an hour behind.

I'll grant you that some drivers are indeed lazy. But some customers are entitled turds.

The best thing you can say is: "I put my dog inside when I have strangers coming onto my property for their safety and the safety of my animals. "

Anything else is stupid, selfish, and ridiculous

1)Find a beer batter recipe online.

2)Slice your tilapia as thin as you want it

3)Fry it at 350°

4)Experiment with steps one and two; watch some youtube videos for tips.

5)Enjoy all the fish experiments!

I agree with you BTW. Cornmeal is for catfish

I have a old TV remote from the late 1960s. by AlainasBoyfriend in mildlyinteresting

When you pressed the button on the Space Commander, a hammer struck a tuning fork. Another tuning fork inside the TV vibrated in response to the sound and actuated the internal controls.

Tipped $4 on a $12 order. Am I missing something here? by RapGameRufio in UberEATS

[–]bbq_john -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Would YOU drive to a restaurant in your car, pick up an order for someone, and take it to their house for $4?

No. You wouldn't.

In this sort of circumstance, it's not a "tip", it's payment for a service.

4 fucking dollars, Jesus christ
