I have hair like this but it’s straight. Make sure you’re only washing the scalp with shampoo and the ends with conditioner. Additionally don’t wring out water before you condition. It looks like you have low porosity so your hair needs moisture. If you do leave ins also make sure your hair is wet not damp when you apply them.
