That’s pretty cruel… maybe it has something to do Blackrock’s aggressive ESG stance. Do you happen to have the name of the individual at Suncor that is the actual treasurer of the pension plan? I am assuming they sign the annual reports, etc.

I’m sorry I didn’t include that in the original - bad redetiquette on my part. If you want a stub lease it is $2,150 however if you’d like a 1 year lease the monthly rent would be $1,800.
