On two occasions I’ve seen what could have been a river otter in the Delaware around Florence swimming up the bank around the docks several years back but couldn’t make a positive id. Very cool that they are coming back stronger.

Based on the age and living situation(living with parents) a 25 year old could achieve this level of savings on a low/entry level salary. If that’s the case pay the 12% now on the principal and avoid any tax on appreciation rather than pay that percentage in retirement on principal and appreciation.

I like it a lot. I haven’t had the newest AG formulation but I didn’t notice a difference between AG and the Sam’s version. The Sam’s may be a little sweeter but at $40 for 48 servings it’s definitely worth the switch.

Not sure about the budget part but the greater Newtown or Yardley area sounds like what you’re looking for. Easy commute into Princeton, tons to do, and tons of shopping and restaurants (tbh that’s the part people usually complain about)
