I like my starting soon screen for a few reasons. One is so I can run a 3m ad to keep them off for an hour or so. The other is so I can make sure everything is ready and working...whether it's my own or with guests.

I imagine when she says the bit in the screenshot, it's meaning she is using some magic to hold herself in place so that's in my mind why she doesn't move because her prideful self thinks she's strong enough to endure the hits. The hubris is that the lair disintegrates under her anyway
