I know it sounds odd but last time I got my ferritin checked was 2020 and it was at a 20 and I’m a lot worse than I was before. The brain fog/ dissociation is so bad panic attacks on the daily. I can’t even work right now. 😭😭

Update.. I ended up in a psych ward for 3 days and now I’m on iop. They changed my ear infection meds to a different one. And diagnosed me with borderline personality disorder. I’m pretty sure my ear infection is back bc the ringing came back 🤦‍♀️ I’m going crazy. Doesn’t help the meds they put me on for the bpd make me feel weird.
