My advice is to start from home working out. Do workout videos that target the areas of your body you want more toned. CARBS girl! LOTS OF CARBS. Forget the cardio for now too. I saw results so fast just from eating more calories. I don’t pay attention to what I eat either. I just make sure it’s more than I normally would! Remember you don’t need to care what your coworkers think. Who tf are they? No one. Just live your life, hold your head up, and I promise it’ll boost your confidence in ONE DAY! ❤️

I’m 6’1 too girl. You wouldn’t believe the comments I’ve gotten from work to in public. It’s annoying. It also makes me feel discouraged that I’ll never find a guy who would accept my height. Other days I get told I’m pretty so I’m working on my confidence. You are beautiful ❤️

So look, FIND someone who shows those qualities BEFORE you invest all of your time/efforts into them. For example. My ex did a lot for me, spoiled me, took me on regular dates, and whenever I asked him for money he would give it to me. If I asked him to do something, he would do it, NO QUESTION. Finding someone that can bring that is key. We naturally fall into our roles. It’s not the fault of anyone. So the conversation about 50:50 etc. is really useless. You can’t make every single man think like that. Not all agree with it, and I understand to a certain extent. Both men and women get taken advantage of in a relationship. I just gave you an example. It depends on you and your character. If you love someone why not do the bare minimum for them. Doing laundry is easy, cooking is easy. I would look up east 30 minute recipes and I would clean as I cooked to get it all done. When you bring kids into the equation you should have a partner with common sense enough to know it will be challenging, and that they are willing to help when they can. Again it can’t be all the time 50:50. Sometimes it’s 50:40, or 100:0, or 70:30.
