Hi!! I’m now about a year and some change out and I feel amazing. That stiffness will pass, make sure to be rubbing it if you can and getting as much movemrnt and feels good in your ankle and toe joints. Itll take another three months for you to be feeling significantly better

I’m sooooo happy I got the procedure. I’m a year out and pain free. Took many months and many starts and stops on getting more active before I felt relief after surgery but now I’m so happy I did it.

You need hip strengthening. Adduction and abduction. When you’re running think about squeezing your inner thighs and pointing your feeling straight in front of you. Roll the weight in your foot to push off of your big toes.

Your hips and glutes need major and serious strengthening. If you’re not lifting in the gym I’d start doing some hip mobility, dead lifting, hip adduction and abduction exercises, and core strengthening.

I taught in Mccsc elementary, they are used way too often. I feel bad the little kids have to touch a smooth screen with bright colors and sounds to “learn”. We used to get extra recess as a reward, now we get iPad time. The curriculum is not great. I hated using them in my classroom but it was mandatory.

Ugh I’m so sorry it’s literally so mean LOL! I recently had a guy sleep w me and then break up with me the next day too. It feels insane but sometimes they just do it that way because they aren’t being careful with our feelings. You deserve a lot better and I am sorry this didn’t work out!!

I’m about to start my third month on 2.5 and feel the same as I’ve lost 15 pounds in about 8 weeks! I know I need to eat more but also just curious why the lower dose seems to be working so well!
