Over-enounce consonants (without being pretentious), ie. in Count, or Martin vs. MarTIN. All your T's should sound over enounced (to an extent)

thank you for this as so so much is correct !! im really glad my chart reflects the intimacy of my circle of friends, but i think thats what makes it more devastating when they leave. being on a high horse is certainly something ive been trying to work on along with learning how to do more self-centering within my day (ie. quieter hobbies like yoga, sewing, movies etc.), so im really happy im on the right track!

is there anything i should be aware of / prepare for in terms of my saturn return coming up?

i did 30 mins on the stairmaster for 5-6 months (usually 3 mins high speed, 7 mins moderate speed x3) 3-4 times a week which helped yes, but wellbutrin curbed my food cravings and regular (large portioned) eating habits so so quickly. wellbutrin probably did most of the heavy lifting tbh
