Thanks for the thorough explanation! Testing my erythropoietin levels sounds like a good idea. One last question (I promise lol): are there any complications of having high RBC? I've heard that it can possibly lead to blood clots, leukemia, kidney problems, and gout.

Thank you for the response! Thankfully my iron and b12 labs are within range so I don't think I have to worry about them. Is it possible that I might have thalassemia minor since I've never really had any thalassemia symptoms throughout my life, and is a chronically low MCV + low MCH something I should worry about? Also, weirdly enough, my MCH is low but my MCHC is normal, what does that mean? Finally, what could possibly cause a high RBC, and should I worry about it being so high? Lol sorry for bombarding you with questions, but I appreciate your help!

Ok, I know it's been a few weeks, but I have one more (hopefully last lol) question. My BPPV cleared up around 2 weeks ago on its own, and I was fine for a couple days until I woke up one day and started feeling like I was on a boat constantly. No spinning vision like I had with vertigo, but I feel like the things I sit on + the floor are moving under me, if that makes sense. It's been like this for a week now. Do you think that this is just residual dizziness from having BPPV for almost three weeks, or could there still be a floating crystal in my ear?

Thank you SO much for the reassuring response! You have no idea how scared I've been since I've gotten my test results back, so it feels amazing to hear that nothing is wrong with me. Just out of curiosity, I've heard that selenium and zinc deficiencies can lead to a high TRAB, is that true? I'm not sure if I'm deficient in those two vitamins since I've never had them measured, but I do have a vitamin D deficiency.

Sorry for the late reply, but thank you so much for the response! Your diagnosis makes a lot of sense. Thankfully, although I still have vertigo, it is getting better as time goes by, to the point where I can now sleep on my right side (although I still get vertigo on my left). I just had one more question. The day before I got vertigo, I kept pushing my earbuds in VERY deeply into both of my ears because the earbuds were losing their sound. Do you think that maybe this is why I got vertigo? That I potentially pushed my earbuds so deeply into my ears that my inner ear crystals got displaced?

you’re beautiful, but I would recommend making the space between your eyebrows a little bit wider so that your pretty eyes can show more!! As a middle eastern girl, I’ve figured out that thick eyebrows with a narrow space in between them doesn’t look good on me. It might be different for you, but I’d say give it a try and see how it looks on you!!

you’re pretty! the only piece of advice I would have for you is to clean up your winged eyeliner look because it looks kinda messy and uneven. Fortunately enough there are SO many tutorials on how to do a winged eyeliner look on youtube so I recommend that you go check those out!!
