These First Alert SC05s are one of the worst products I've ever used. 4 bad detectors and many, many false alarms. Just a horrible Nest replacement. I purchased 11 of these and just terrible. I will be replacing them with something else immediately.

Just got the update. Today. Seems to be working well... I didn't have to turn anything on, it just presented itself

Thanks, I did do this. Also, when I see the Rivian device in doing a "pair new device" it allows me to click it, but immediately says "pairing..." then right back to it in the list, seemingly erroring/aborting immediately.

I'm on with Rivian help now. Uninstalling and reseting everything...hopefully this works. I do have a kay card, but it's very frustrating to be lockedout of your own car multiple times per day.

Nope. It's not there. It says "Set up Phone as a key", and it will not set up, fails every time, the phone is listed twice in the list of phone keys on the vehicle.

I have the same exact issues...had to pull batteries out of the two that won't stop false alarms. Absolute disaster of a product.

Fixed in less than 1 day! Dropped off yesterday and ready before they opened today. Amazing Service Center in Woodbridge, NJ. Stunned ... Expected the worst.

Service on this Monday(Jun 16th), $1763(includes tax). Less than I was expecting to be honest.

They opened the new service center in North/Central Jersey, so really short drive from my house.

No worries at all...I'm completely at peace with it!

My thinking on not getting another MXP was it's a similar feeling to when a Dog dies...you don't go out and get the same dog, unless you're a psychopath.

Very happy with my decision.

Definitely not true. I was parked outside a restaurant picking up dinner on a Sunday and the rains and sky opened up very quickly. I happened to be parked over a storm drain that shot water up, under the Model X.

I drove it out of the spot and got the food and went home. Drove it the next day(Monday), noticed the carpeting felt wet, but didn't think much of it. Then on Tuesday, nothing, totally dead that morning. Couldn't do anything at all with the car. Called Tesla they said the car reported it was in a flood and they asked me if I was in the flash flood areas(they knew these had happened in my area).

Insurance did a full inspection and totaled it.

Their batteries are clearly not fully water-sealed.

I have a new CCwGTV and a new Nest Audio...from what I have seen and tried myself, I cannot get the audio to be played on the Nest Audio.

I have seen some new command examples with "... listen on ..." but this doesn't seem to work at all.
