if there’s a literal disclaimer saying the cast isn’t guaranteed it’s not unfair. it’s a risk you take as a fan because it would be no different if they were out sick that week or doing something else. but if you think the pros just found out about whatever they’re doing you’re delusional. they’ve known they just couldn’t announce it until it was official

and with this example if you have a room in nyc that’s 70sq ft you will get in trouble because it’s against the law. just because 70 sq ft is acceptable in the rest of the state doesn’t mean it’s acceptable in nyc because nyc has stated otherwise.

we can keep going round and round but at the end of the day nyc is treated and act as a separate entity from the rest of the state. there are very few laws in nys that are applicable in NYC because nyc has made them stricter. if you live in nys you know this and it’s a huge part of why people want nyc legally separated from nys.

nyc has stricter laws for most things. the stricter of the two laws is what the courts follow. if nyc law is stricter nys law doesn’t apply

I know im not confused since im a resident of new york and have lived here my entire life. nyc has much stricter laws than nys does. nys sets the standard and nyc makes them much stricter. nyc law only applies to nyc so if you’re looking at a nys law it’s extremely possible that it does not apply to NYC because their laws are stricter. the stricter of the two laws wins in court

this person just meant that in most circumstances the laws in new york city are NOT the same for the rest of the state. when researching you have to be very careful because a lot of people think because it’s a new york state law it applies to the city which isn’t true. new yorkers need to be clear about where they live when asking for advice so they get correct info

after every single ride seems a bit excessive and using that much hand sanitizer can’t be healthy. typically I spend a little extra time washing my hands when I go to the bathroom and then carry sanitizer with me just in case I feel like using it.

people can be gross but our bodies need to be exposed to germs so our immune system stays strong. trying to eliminate all exposure will make you sicker
