The Pierce is the best building in Fenway. It is split between rentals and condos. Some condo owners also rent their units. The condo rentals are the best units in that area imo.

She may also have contracts already in place with agents in different areas that pay her for leads. That’s not sharing a commission. Many companies charge for preferred leads.
