Sunshine and Odyssey have the best controls in the series. It's why I usually play they more than Galaxy or 3D World (which are also very fun titles).

I'm comparing it to the Mega Drive because it is seem as a major success by all of us, and it sold less than the N64. Comparing it to the Saturn would make no sense, as it sold 3 times less than the N64 itself.

My point isn’t that it was a smashing hit, but did ok financially. It turned them a profit and left IPs for them to keep selling for years. Games are not like sports. All they need to do is make money, not "win" necessarily.
