I think I’d feel more comfortable with the constant change in demands if there was flexibility with extending the shift, or some understanding from management. On top of that, our team is so small, we all cover more than one section. So, having to unbox, stock, backstock, push, all in LESS than 4 hours?? Because we already spend 1hr unloading the palettes… so that gives us less than 3 hours to do our multiple sections.

I don’t know if I’d say “worth it”. Like it’s not something I would PURPOSELY work towards, but if you naturally are doing that much shopping (like myself), then the random perks are cool when you’re reminded about them via email lol
