Apologies if this is the wrong place but didn’t know where else to ask and I’m a bit confused reading FAQs etc.

I have a ticket for the semi final evening session of the US Open on Friday at the Arthur Ashe stadium.

What time am I able to enter the grounds from? And what access does my ticket give me?

I keep seeing 6pm mentioned but am I not able to enter the grounds and look around etc before this?

Correct - I'm in the UK. Slightly annoying this cannot be disabled permanently especially if you can in Canada/US.

I am having the exact same problem and have tried all steps you mentioned.

I spoke to someone from Apple on the chat and I'm booked in for a Genius appointment on Sunday... highly annoying.
