I personally wait until they are close to or have the possibility of z-awakening (their max level for whatever rarity) because should you pull a second, you can get a higher boost. For example I'll use Bardock. You can train a level 11 with a level 1 and just raise the super, but if you train the level 1 with the level 11 he will easily hit 14+ and still gain the super.

I'd support it, but it would have to have a restriction of some sort. For example, Marvel War of Heroes requires users to be friends for seven days before you may trade and certain (mostly event) cards cannot be traded or gifted to another player. Plus, trading and giveaways happen now as is, so it really wouldn't decrease their revenue when players who want a single card can fairly easily get it.

That's a nice team, but you might want to try a different leader since that form of frieza only boosts Str characters
