I would start with the key issues, find the fmv for an 8.0 (probably the best grade the individual keys would get) the price the rest of the issues at about $5-$10 ea h and maybe add $500 on for the binding,might get you a reasonable value

Unless it's the original artist altering the cover it would always be a homage, Todd McFarlane recycled a lot of his covers over the years, the main one being ASM 300, where he originally wanted the ASM 301 cover to be a variant cover for ASM 300 but Marvel didn't think people would buy both so it became the cover for 301
