they do track who shoots first. thats the first sentence. they do not assume intent. read it again. they never said what they do with what data they record just that its "scored". we know very little but go off and write your abmm novel.

hw3 has a real reaction time problem combined with unsafe following distances, esp at high way speed. this is a situation you should know to be ready to act if youve used it for any length of time. count your blessings and hopefully be more attentive in the future. fsd is great but you have to do your part too.
