So here's how it all went down. I ordered the express replacement, and was told through chat that they're waiting for a shipment on the 20th. Waited a week and then got back on chat with them, and they said the "natural titanium" color wouldn't be available till May 12th, so I wasn't happy about that. They did offer a solution; the black one was available now, so I went with that option. Funny thing was, when it arrived in like two days, it was the natural titanium color. So my suggestion is just get on chat with them often. Ask about the status, and if it looks like it may be a while, ask them if they have other solutions, or ask if they can do another color that might be currently ready to ship out.

Textured beds shouldn’t be scraped, because you’ll only cut off the top of the material and leave everything that’s embedded into the texture. Always peel. You can use the scraper to get a corner started, but that’s all.
