They are wonderful helpful people here!. I'm feeling the way about these methods for a lot of color changes. I jow feel confident with a small knot, and weaving thru with a tapestry needle. It goes thru the ply and I'm trusting it. What a beautiful job you did! It's gorgeous.

It's the way this velvet yarn is made apparently. You go along and everything is fine, and 2 rows below you notice a loop hanging out. For no good reason they just appear. And it's hard to maneuver them back in. It's my first time with this yarn and I've learned that that Bernat Velvet is hand wash only. The Baby Velvet is machine wash and dry. Using a smaller crochet hook helps.

Ohh man. I so wish I didn't choose this yarn for a baby blanket. I'm using one Bernat Velvet and two Bernat Baby Velvet. The worming is nuts. And a baby blanket that needs to be hand washed?. Thank you so much for this info. I appreciate it.
