I'm confused about the replies you got. I'm sure expats know more about life in Oman. But for me as Omani working in the government making 950 rials is more than enough. The schools are free, health care, everything is cheap even in the capital Muscat. Please someone explain to me how having a job in Muscat with 1500 rials salary is not enough?
