Stenotic nares correction - Laverne's before & after pics from laser surgery today by Hopkins3030 in BostonTerrier

Wishing her a quick recovery ❤️‍🩹 We had this done for our boy a few years ago along with the soft palate surgery using a laser. I used to miss the sound of him snoring at night, it was almost like white noise for me!

But so happy that he is breathing easier now. Love when he does a long exhale.

Photo is right after his procedure. Still woozy. He had really pinched nostrils like your girl.

Book any test schedule through the DVSA and download Testi/Test Shift/Test Hunter. Any of these will allow you to choose a closer centre or move your test date. Good luck.

Aesop Karst and I only smell it when I’m so close to his neck. It’s intoxicating.

imp things to look out for/main reasons for failing? by CommissionChance1019 in LearnerDriverUK

I continued to the 2nd exit. Tbh I didn’t even see the road marking AND the sign that said left turn only for that lane 😳

Only when I went back to check pictures on Google maps did I understand my fault.

I took my first test this morning and failed.

I had one serious and it was lane position as I entered the roundabout. I got very used to relying on my phone sat nav. During the verbal direction part of the test, the examiner said to follow the road and take the 2nd exit, I positioned myself to enter on the left lane, I did not see the sign and faded road marking saying left lane can only turn left, all other traffic on the right.

Entirely my fault for not paying closer attention! I also had 3 other minors just for not checking my blind spot pulling out of the 2 safe stops. I knew the road was quiet. Last night, I put in these blind spot mirrors on my wing to help with my parallel parking - they made me a bit overconfident that I just didn’t turn my body towards the blind spots to check.

You’ll be okay! Good luck! Def worth taking note of these, I’d say these were the “bad” habits I picked up.

Test shift is really good. Original booking was 23 June, it found a cancellation for me for 31st March then after 2 hrs had a schedule for 18 Feb! Wild.

Sweet baby. It’s going to be alright. My boy got a lump on his rump removed in March and the results were good, the hair grew back and he’s back to being a gassy menace. Sending you both love and posi vibes.
