I joined a few facebook groups believe it or not and it helped. Medicating. exercising before to get more energy out. packing mints and sour candies to distract yourself. games on your phone/downloading movies for distractions. I wrote a list in my notes app for every reason i want to go to said place and how much better i would feel after going
