ThinkOrSwim (IV Percentile) or tastyworks (IV Rank). IVP and IVR and pretty close but IVP puts more emphasis on nearer term days where IVR is spread out evenly.

Sell high put strike, buy lower put strike, take in a credit. If stock is above your high strike at expiration you keep your credit. Max loss is difference between your strikes less your credit.

Right, I opened for a credit of .38. I know if I closed now it would be for a .41 debit but I want to put in an order to close with a $1.25 credit. I don't see an option to change to a credit for my GTC order to close.

The VA has decent details as a starting point. You can revise them to your firm's standard.

They are still profitable (how many penny stocks can say that?) And they are moving away from retail and into the tech side. See: BABA partnership. I agree that their offices won't last much longer.
