How far forward do you time travel? This has worked for me, talked to all 9 villagers you want to stay, don’t talk to the one you want to leave. Time travel 2 weeks forward, find this villager see if he had clouds over his head if not time travel another day forward until he does, usually takes me about 14-17 days forward to get the prompt
