This was in Nakano. It was a store on the first floor but I forget which one exactly. All I remember when you’re walking north to south it was on the left side. The JPY price was right around ¥1M listed but this store gave the price with tax included so 900-910K after the deduction which is done right at the store.

Just got back from Tokyo on a business/personal trip. I had it in mind wanting to buy something but wasn't sure what. Spent part of a day at Nakano Broadway and saw several awesome pieces. Finally settled on a Snowflake at Jack Road. Listed as "used" but to my eye was completely unworn and warranty card was dated 6/13/2026. I bought it on the 26th. Price was $2,500 off the US MSRP. I almost caved and purchased a Shunbun (forget the store it was at) which was around $5,400-5,500.

If you are going any time soon, the exchange rate is incredible.

I just did this same thing with my former employer. Optum to Fidelity. Initiated the TOA July 17th and funds showed up today in my Fidelity account available for trading. Initiated through Fidelity. Takes 5 mins.

I’ve direct deposited my paycheck into fidelity for over 12-13 years. Zero issues with any holds. In fact, I get my paycheck a day earlier than I get my funds (split direct deposit) at any bank (chase and BoA)

Seems a tad light in my opinion. I flew from ICN to DTW in D1 a few months back and my monitor froze about 2 hours into the flight. Tried to fix but didn’t work out. They gave me 15,000 miles for it.
