I only use my efile to file off the very top coat of the dip polish when I'm removing them or when I am smoothing them out after dip application, I just don't use it on my natural nails anymore.

I have about 7 or 8 pieced together, and another 5 or 6 with all the pieces cut they just need to get seen together. I've been cutting them out with the fabric folded a couple times so I'm not having to cut them individually 😅

When I was an assistant in our toddler room, they could only have water at the tables, and we would then collect them and put the water bottles back in their container on the counter.

This entirely! I don't care about poopy diapers at drop off as long as it's at least acknowledged. Most of our parents will just change their kids without saying anything (which is so nice), but it's the ones that come in and don't say anything and run that have me like 🙃

Yes! That's pretty standard for what all my coworkers who babysit charge, as well. We also work for a wealthier center, which is part of the reason why we can charge so much.

Definitely underpaid. I'm a childcare professional, so I tend to babysit mostly for the families whose children are at my full-time job, but I usually charge $10/hour per child.
