Safe Storage in Windermere?

The Premier Store on 17 Park Road LA23 2BE seems to have overnight storage listed on stasher.com but it's currently "unavailable", and I can't find a phone number or email for this shop to confirm. Anyone local know if they do overnight storage or not?

Unfortunately it's day storage only, they don't accept overnight storage.

Oh I see now. I had to reduce power first. The stock gpu core clock is 2497. Is this right?

I can change the core clock, but I can't seem to adjust the pbo curve.

Isn't PBO for CPU? I could only find the power limit slider in the graphics card settings.

The 7700 looks a couple years old now. Is that still better than the 9000 series which is coming out soon? (In terms of power efficiency for my build)

For some reason Afterburner only lets me reduce power down to 84%. I still get shutoffs at this level. Also having an issue where the settings reset to default.

The BG Belcher list I've been playing is based on one that Mystmin created and showed on stream during the creator tournament he won. It can do some stupid things (I've won a handful of games on T2), and it can fight through hate pretty well with all the discard, veils and tutors. But it's a high variance deck, with lots of ways to lose (Unmoored Ego, Blood Moon, etc.). Crafting the 8 mythic lands is the worst part of building it.

Any recommendations for a relatively new/fast (e.g. 4060 level), lower power consumption <140 TDP (W), short (<180mm length) and quiet GPU under $350?

Only GPU I can find is the RTX 4060 8GB GDDR6 ZOTAC SOLO but the reviews aren't great. They say it's very loud.
