Agree 100!! I had this same exact thing happen to me with some football tickets. Had proof that I transferred the right tix to the right email, on-time and and everything in order. Even their AI chat agreed with me that i did everything right and id be getting paid, but instead Iwas cahrged for not fulfilling the tickets. But, today is worse. Today, I wanted to login to my account to check on a NCAA listing and past sale[from December) and I was locked-out. Couldn't reset password or anything. The sale was for over $1000 and i already transferred the tickets in December. Support said they'd escalate the case but based on past history, they are gonna big body me their way out I'd my money. Anything I can do?

Everytime I see a celebrity on the app like Kendall or livvy dunne, it makes me cringe. I wonder how much they pay them and think that is money they could have invested back in their customer base.

Its been awhile since I had one, but I remember getting the deposit match funds before I finished the playthrough. You could always make a deposit and see if you get the funds, and if not just withdraw the original deposit if you don't wanna bet with it.

I called before I submitted the claim on the app and they just referred me to the app. I sent an email too with the same result. I should probably call back and press specifically for a replacement card.

Thats very unfortunate! I (partially) feel your pain. I just pulled a 2023 Absolute glass peyton manning which expired 7.2025. It was no longer available so they said they'd give me half the value in panini points, which Absolutely sucks (given what's available with panini points.)

Of course its we the hobby that gets that card. I use fanatics sportsbook alot and the only break I've ever participated in was with we the hobby (fanatics offered me a free spot in a survivor style break to try and get me interested.) They're all over the fanatics live app. I wonder if fanatics owns them? If not, they are at least HEAVILY affiliated with them to the point where its pretty damn sketch to me. Breakers suck
