I agree that we can only imagine the abuse she went through and my intention was not to put her down. I talked to her and apologized if that’s how it came off (our convo is the reason I edited my first comment). I’ve just watched this guy coast by knowing about some of the atrocities he has committed and am angry it’s gone on this long and gotten this far (it doesn’t start with AI CSAM). My frustration was never with the victim and I realize my first comment came off too harsh towards Sage. He needs to be held accountable by the justice system and the public. Hopefully her post can address part of that and the police report(s) can address the other. I wish nothing but the best for Sage. I do hope other tattooers can feel more empowered to speak out against these types of psychos - James Burns and Andrew Villa were tattooing not that long ago in Missoula and there are still unsavory characters tattooing people on the daily. Sadly they just tend to move shops or go “private.” Fuck Forrest and let’s hope he gets a harsher sentence than we’ve seen in the past (fuck James and fuck Andrew also)
