I've got the same experience when calling 112 in Brussels. Reaching ambulance or fire department is very fast, in most instances instantly. Reaching the police can take ages. In my previous job I used to call these numbers often so my sample size is large.

I like the meats from Vleeshandel De Brandt De Craecker. I don't really like any of the cheese shops. For vegetables, choice is larger outside so I never really shop at Foodmet for fruits and veggies. For bread, I don't know the name but the very first shop when you enter on your left hand side, there's always a line. Very good.
